UPSC Civil Services Mains 2023 Result: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has officially announced the results for the Civil Services mains examination 2023 on December 8. Aspiring candidates who participated in the UPSC CSE Mains 2023 examination can now view their results on the official UPSC website, upsc.gov.in. The CSE Main examination was conducted in two sessions from September 15 to 24, 2023.
The official result PDF states, “On the basis of the results of the Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2023, conducted by the Union Public Service Commission from 15th September 2023 to 24th September 2023, the candidates with the Roll Numbers and Names, as provided below, have qualified for the Personality Test (Interview) for selection to the Indian Administrative Service, Indian Foreign Service, Indian Police Service, and other Central Services (Group ‘A’ and Group ‘B’).”

Applicants can easily access the UPSC CSE Mains Result 2023 by following these straightforward steps:
- Step 1: Go to the official UPSC website at upsc.gov.in.
- Step 2: Locate the ‘What’s New’ section on the homepage and click on the link titled ‘Written Result (with name): Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2023.’
- Step 3: A new page will open, displaying a PDF file.
- Step 4: Carefully read the provided notice and scroll down to view your UPSC CSE Mains Result 2023.
- Step 5: Download the result and keep a printed copy for your records.
UPSC CSE Main 2023 Important Dates:
- The dates for the Personality Test (Interview) will be notified soon.
- DAF-II must be filled and submitted online from December 9th to 15th, 2023.
- Attestation Form must be filled and submitted online on the DoPT website.
- The marks sheets will be uploaded on the UPSC website within 15 days of the final result.
Note:
- The UPSC Civil Services Mains 2023 Results of 28 candidates have been withheld due to pending court cases.
- No request for change in information given in DAF-I & DAF-II will be entertained.
